2012 Hiring Our Heroes Veterans Event To Be Held In Albany.
On April 17‚ 2012‚ from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. there will be a one of a kind FREE hiring fair‚ for job seekers and employers‚ sponsored by the American Legion at the American Legion Zaloga Post #1520‚ 4 Everett Road Ext‚ Albany‚ NY 12250. This hiring fair is for veteran job seekers‚ active duty military members‚ Guard and Reserve members‚ and eligible spouses. Employers and job seekers must pre-register for this FREE event by going to hoh.greatjob.net. This hiring event‚ sponsored by the American Legion is being conducted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s “Hiring Our Heroes” Initiative and is co-sponsored locally by the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce‚ U.S. Department of Labor Veterans’ Employment and Training Services (DOL VETS)‚ Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program‚ Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)‚ the New York National Guard and the United States Army Reserve.
