Special Needs Registry

If you are a County resident or caregiver of an individual with special needs (mobility impairment, developmental disability, major respiratory illness, etc.) and would like to register with Saratoga County's Office of Emergency Services, please complete and return the Special Needs Registry Application form. Click on "Downloads" below to download the application or click here to download.
