Objective: To provide coverage for the medical needs of people of all ages who have insufficient income and/or resources to meet the cost of necessary medical care as determined by state standards.

Services: Payment for community-based medical services including physicians, prescriptions, hospital, Long Term Home Health Care, nursing home, QMB program for payment of Medicare premiums, prenatal care program, COBRA, and AIDS insurance.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Target Population: Separate eligibility guidelines for over 65 and certified disabled; children under 21 and their parents; pregnant; and 21-65; income/resources under public assistance level.

Eligibility Criteria: Income and Resource limits vary according to category in target population and household size.
