Sexually Transmitted Diseases

ATTENTION: Starting March 3, 2010, there will be new sign-in times for the clinic.
STD clinic is held weekly – on Wednesday – at Capital Care Physicians
61 Rowland Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020
The clinic is available to Saratoga County residents and is Free/Confidential.
Sign-in for the clinic is as follows:
1:15 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Sign in for NEW patients.
3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Sign in for patients obtaining test results and
patients for Twinrix (Hepatitis A & B) immunizations.
*Sign-in is strictly monitored to ensure that all patients have sufficient time to be evaluated
NOTE: The STD Clinic will NOT be held on the following dates:
- May 5, 2010
- September 8, 2010
- October 20, 2010
- November 24, 2010
- December 1, 2010

The Clinic provides:
- Screening and follow-up treatment as directed by physician for sexually transmitted diseases.
- Teaching regarding disease processes and treatments.
- Urges early examination of contacts.
- Emotional support to patient and families.
- HIV testing and counseling as appropriate.
