Child Find

Child Find provides services to families with infants meeting high risk criteria such as:

• a gestation less than 32 weeks
• birth weight less than 1800 grams
• 10 days or more in neonatal or special care unit
• mothers 16 years and younger
• other high-risk criteria indicating potential for developmental delay

Services provided:

• support in your infant’s care
• information about community services available
• periodic assessment and screening of your infant
• contact you and/or your doctor to follow you child’s growth and development.
