October is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Awareness Month
Saratoga County Public Health Services works to raise awareness about ADHD and provide education & resources to those who seek assistance with this disorder. The Attention Deficit Disorder Association defines ADHD as, “… a highly genetic, brain-based syndrome that has to do with the regulation of a particular set of brain functions and related behaviors.”
SCPHS is proud to publish this page in October of 2018 to commemorate ADHD Awareness Month. However, this page will remain open all year to serve as a resource, and will be updated as new materials are made available.
