The Purchasing Department consists of Central Purchasing, Central Stores, Central Printing, and Central Mail.

The Purchasing Department processes requisitions, purchase orders, bids (RFB), and Requests for Proposals (RFP).

Central Stores carries office supplies for County/Town/Village use.

Central Printing takes care of the printing needs of all County departments as well as Towns/Villages.

Central Mail picks up, sorts, and delivers mail to County departments.

As a vendor, you can register with Empire State Purchasing Group to see all available bids and opportunities. The Saratoga County Purchasing Department, in response to COVID-19, is providing public bid openings in an area that allows for proper social distancing. Anyone who wishes to attend a public opening should have a mask and should arrive prior to the the opening time listed in the bid documents.
