What is NY HELPS-Local?
The NY HELPS-Local program allows Saratoga County to hire qualified employees for certain positions without the need for civil service examinations. Candidates are still required to meet all qualification requirements and new positions are continuously added to the NY HELPS-Local program. For the duration of the NY HELPS-Local Program, employees hired to qualifying titles will be appointed on a permanent basis.
