Child Support Services provides custodial parents with assistance in obtaining financial support and medical insurance coverage for their children by locating parents, establishing parentage, establishing support orders, and collecting and distributing child support payments.

If you are looking to receive child support and need information on where to start the process, call our information line at 1 (888) 208-4485. A representative will answer your questions regarding the child support program and provide you with information to assist you with navigating the child support process. You will be referred to the local district where you can speak to an investigator who can provide you with information on how to establish paternity, help with locating the absent parent, and assist with filing petitions to establish paternity and obtain a child support order in Family Court. If necessary, the local district will work with other counties and out of state agencies to fully research your claim.
