Annual Fish Stocking Program

We are now accepting orders for our Spring Fish Stocking Program at our new online store:

Side Note: This site works best when using Google Chrome or Firefox.  It does not always work correctly when using Internet Explorer.

The order deadline is Friday, May 14th.  Distribution is Friday, May 21st at 8:30am and will be held in the parking lot of the 4H Center (556 Middleline Road, Ballston Spa).  You MUST be able to pick up your order at the designated time and location.

A Fish Stocking Permit must be obtained from each pond from the NYS DEC prior to obtaining fish.  If you are ordering Triploid Grass Carp, DEC requires a special permit that will specify the number of carp you can buy.  You will only be allowed to purchase the number of Carp that is on your permit.  You will also need to bring all three (3) copies of the grass carp permit to pick up day, otherwise you will not be able to pick up your order.

By placing an order with Saratoga SWCD you are acknowledging you have applied and received the appropriate permits for your order.  Saratoga SWCD is not responsible for any loss of fish occurring during transport from the pick-up location to the landowner’s pond.
